Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above PKR 5,000.
- A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Buyzaar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
